If any person is of a delicate mental state they should inform me prior to the reading commencing, whereupon I reserve the right to refuse to read and a refund will be offered. If for any reason I cannot make a connection for the client no charge will be levied and a refund or alternative date will be offered. I will not tolerate abusive language or verbal abuse, if this occurs a partial refund will be given and the sitting discontinued.
Readings may be recorded for training and legal purposes, if any person is in disagreement with this they must inform me prior to commencement of the reading. All readings are confidential and will be held on file for a period of time, I will not breach confidentiality, with the exception where the client and myself are in disagreement of content, whereupon I will refer to the recorded reading to resolve dispute. I reserve the right to liaise with a solicitor to resolve disputes.
I cannot and do not predict death, pregnancies, legalities, please do not ask as I will refuse to answer. Please remember you are paying for my time, first and foremost - no time wasters please, other people need it. I reserve the right to offer partial refund only, at my discretion, please remember this is my income. Deposits are required and in the event that you should cancel I reserve the right to retain the deposit which is non refundable.
Clients should be aware that for legal purposes the reading in cases of private sittings and phone sittings will be recorded to prevent any future disagreements. At present copies of private sittings and telephone readings are not available to the client, however this issue is under review and may be adjusted accordingly.
Please note this is not a psychic line, it is a personal one to one service offered by a caring and professional medium. I'm trying to provide a personal service and you will deal with me directly - this is the aim of this website. All deposits are non refundable and you are paying for my time.
